I loaded 3.3 yesterday and I've had no problems at all. I tested the reported problem areas.... ringers/you tube and have had no problems at all.
Google maps, gps, landscape, sms, gmail, multiple phone calls... no problems.
This Rom is simply awesome.... smooth and error free.
I love the diamond tweaks app which allowed me to set my own hot links from the home screen.
