You are correct; the Mogul only comes with e911 GPS services. You'll need an external Bluetooth GPS Receiver to use any navigation or GPS services beyond emergency location. If you have any further questions or concerns please reply to this email or you may also contact us by calling *2 from your Sprint phone and once prompted by the system say “Technical Support†and you will be routed to a Technical Specialist for further assistance or by calling our direct Customer Service line at 888-211-4727.
