Are you facing this with all email from that account? I believe the click here to view message appears on all emails with HTML body. In my case, i am connected to my company's exchange server, almost all emails have the preview, but which flipping through emails, one of them gives me, click here to view message. Clicked, and noticed that the message was not downloaded. And i only had a button in the email saying "Ge the rest of this message". Now when i went to my computer to check that email, it was an automatic email sent to my email from our SharePoint portal.

So last but not least, i beleive nothing is wrong with your mail server, not with your TF3D, its just a matter of whether the mesage has been downlaoded to your mobile or only headers. So, i advise you go to message settings and choose to download at least 5KB of each email. I beleive this will fix your problem.
