*battery life is better can't argue that
*simultaneous voice and data does you no good unless you have video calling or something, it's kinda hard to talk on your phone and surf the net at the same time unless you have a bluetooth
*Sim cards are more of a negative then a plus. Anybody can steal your phone and pop there sim card in
*I have unlimited minutes so who gives a **** about rollover lol
