the replacement icons are from the tsowen custom task bar. you can get the cab from settings - ssk online.
about using Clear Storage to hard reset, there is one big advantage to doing it by holding the center button + soft reset button instead.... it doesnt overwrite your radio settings, and wont require calling *22899. Doing clear storage always requires reprogramming the radio afterwards.... PITA IMO.
