I agree "dishe", I get around 22-23mb after a soft reset and I have SPB Pocket Plus and Weatherpanel running along with the regular stuff: calendar and messaging. I am very happy with the device and even though the memory will drop to 18mb (give or take a mb here or there) it doesn't seem to slow the device down at all. I love my Mogul!!!
