I think I read this before but forgot.......anyways, my question is......

Is there a way to change the settings on the touch flo scrolling.

Not necessarily in manilla 3d but almost all applications.

For example, in the programs page or contacts app. I flick to scroll in one direction and it continues in that direction until it reaches the end. To stop at the program or contact I want, I have to click on the screen.

Is there a way to change that to make it smaller periods of scrolling instead of just scrolling the whole page?
