Solved
Just about got it licked.
Now Running Kirvin's 3.5. with 1.4 antenna A2DP working with good sound. Calls working too. Still got 1 ~3 sec skip at beginning of each song. And a few other skips but very few and far between
Ran this fix and reg entries and that was that
