Hay man... first off, thanks for sharing this with us! LOVE IT!
as a note, whatever you did about half way through the photo shoot with your lighting... you should definitely do that when you get back to phase 2... it helped tremendously with the clarity of the photos!
NOTE: This is the last i will post about this in this thread as you have started a new on for it specifically!
