Well, I just got done with the claim on my mogul through sprint. My confermation shows I will recieve a touch Pro with no addtional charges.
I pay for the TPS plan and have been having problems with my Mogul.
Here's the problems I've been having.
The USB port now only charges and will not connect to my Laptop for internet sharing
I can see a faint bright spot as mentioned in other threads
The phone will not power off using the power button anymore..very odd
The phone will sometime vibrate for a meeting and not stop vibrating untill I reset the device (good for the wife but not me
