Here's my story. I took my phone into the local Sprint store after Christmas. My Mogul was not holding a charge at all (literally 1, 3 min call... 50%). Also... my d button was sticking. So they exchanged a battery for me and told me they were ordering me a new phone. I waited until today (1/25), calling a few times per week. Finally today, they tell me they have my phone... it's a refurb Mogul. I told them "no thanks" and called *2. Talked to a representative and told them my story. In the meantime, I dropped the call. I call back, they tell me they were sending me a brand new TP... that it would be here 2-3 days. That was pretty simple.
I must say... this was the nicest Sprint has ever been to me on the phone... EVER! Very apologetic and were quick to fix the issue.
Here's the question... am I really going to like the TP as much as the Mogul? Sure... the Mogul has issues... (I'm on my 4th one), but... I loved the phone. So... what can I expect from the TP? Similar to the Mogul?
