Windows Media Player is kind of picky when it comes to album art. If you're tranferring music via Windows Media Player on your desktop, 9 times out of 10 it should display. For that time it's not, you'll want to resize the pic to about 200x200 or 250x250, and drop it in the folder the songs are in. Be sure to rename the file album art or folder. Then update the library and you should be golden.

If you don't want to go through that hassle, you can try S2P by A_C. It has full screen album art, is not as picky when it comes to resolution and file size, and recognizes embedded album art from the mp3 file. You can find it from the XDA developers website or from here <http://www.ac-s2.com/>.
