Here are all the applications I have on my phone that make it far more finger friendly. The only paid application I have on my phone is PocketTunes. Everything else is completely free.

I tried Point UI for a couple of days, but it didn't do everything I needed to do. I found myself having to work around it more then it worked for me, so I took it off. When PointUI 2.0 is released, I'll give that a shot. This list is just the applications I have installed for finger friendliness. I have many other applications installed on my PPC.
