Whenever I connect my TP to my PC, I get that prompt on my TP as well. Using Juggalo's Sprint ROM v.07
I've also noticed that sometimes when I tap on the HTC task manager, none of the programs I know are open are listed. Sometimes the task manager is blank when I know for sure that there are open programs. Also, sometimes the "X" will appear along with the down arrow that's there at the same time.
