6.5 is supposed to have a really good version of Internet Explorer in it, much improved over the beta that is out right now (and in the ssk). It's supposed to be really fast with really good flash support. Also, there is supposed to be a totally new Today screen or UI, but some of the builds or whatever have this removed right now.
