hey dude nevermind what sprinttouch08 said. he hi-jacked the thread. i spoke to a sprint rep this morning and they are sending out new phones. here's my beef from earlier....and it is noted on the account so you are getting this straight from the horses' mouth http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=54642
