As far as the screen cal goes, I use the same group of OEM to drop into a kitchen's OEM folder when I build. I have a personal settings(IE exchange, etc.) which is set to make sure to NOT skip screen calibration. With my same group of OEMs I have not run into skipping this before. Also customizations didn't run and I didn't bypass them either. I will just hold out for now. You have some really killer work put into this phone. Serious Thanks!!!

Hmmm, if customizations didint run and you have a screen cal cab or RGU or XML or whatever... That would be the problem... One pulling one way, the other another way... CE OS Caught int he middle and says screw it!
Try taking out the cal steup on your side. If that doesnt do it for you I can show you how to change what I did.... Its really easy... Only two simple file changes... Hell, if need be I will make the changes and PM them to you...
I kno you said you cool now but let me know...
