Well, after reading all thru this forum, i contacted sprint with the issues with my phone (random reboots and the white spot on the screen) i DO NOT have any insurance but the phone is only 10 months old. They offered a replacement Mogul until they realized it was back ordered. Then they referred me to HTC for Warranty repair
. So i had my wife call the local sprint repair center and explain to him the problems with "her" phone and she asked what he could do. He told her to call customer service back and have them add the insurance on the account, and then bring it in to him and he would get her a new mogul. So i called and had the 4$ insurance added to the account ( they were VERY reluctant to do this) waited bout 1 hour and then called asurion. They said i needed to fax in some documents, 24 hours later i called back and they offered a refurb mogul.
So i just said i would have to get the 50$ on friday and call them back. Called back on Friday and they say " well it looks like we will be sending you a brand new phone as a replacement we are send out the Touch Pro"
