Also, I came across this one the other day while snooping in the registry. SMS Retry Notification, it Enables/Disables a notification when an SMS message failed to be delivered. The Popup allows you to try again.

0 - Disable (Default)
1 - Enable

This combined with the above guarantees I'm not annoyed and that I'm alerted all messages have been delivered without having to check the Drafts folder. Screenshot posted.
