It's not a good idea to swap sys folders like that. Calcu put's these ROMs together peice by peice. The newest is already a hybrid of the old and new build. His OEM pack has SYS pack dependencies within it aswell. If you start swapping out like that while not knowing really what you are doing could be deadly to your device. Now if you don't care.... go for it.

Hey, thanks for taking the time to respond. I was about to swap out the complete 1.3 sys folder for the 1.4. I wasn't sure if it was the same. The rom i've having building is completely clean. It's pretty much bare so, i'm pretty depending on CAL for his work ( HIS WORK IS ALWAYS DOPE BY THE WAY). I'm using his 1.3 kitchen and im pretty much satisfy with it.
Do you know why on some ROM sashimi works and sometime it doesn't it? Anyway.. thanks for your response much appreciate it.

O yeah.. one question, in program menu there a folder called system tools. it has faster 2d and faster 3d is that a mistake. Am i suppose to install it? When i made the rom i select ominia driver and that what happen?
