Changed rom base from 1.03.651.3 to 1.03.651.4
Change OS base to 20764.1.4.3
replaced DDI.dll Gxdma.dll smem.dll MMMap.dll Wce_rex ceddk.dll cecompr.dll in xip form the leaked diamond ROM
Updated GPS drivers
Added Vogue streaming media drivers
updated BT drivers
updated ATI Driver
updated appservice drivers
removed flash lite
removed the IE6 Flash addons
reverted to Opera 15202
removed unused third party programs
recreated OEM using GSM Diamond ROM
changed phone canvas package to S2A package
removed certain files from xip to IMGFS sysroots.p7b and mxip_lang.vol
deleted .dsm files from xip

1-25-09
removed pocket rar and replaced with HTC ZIP
removed Top battery bar
added jetcet printing
added all original HTC apps
