This is so awesome, to be able to process a replacement request online. I just submitted, mine thru:

And it said, my replacement was a Touch Pro too. I don't care either way if they send me a TP or Mogul, cuz I might end up selling or trading it anyway, since I already have a TP
But, my Mogul keyboard was acting up for a while now, and I needed to replace it. I was just waiting for my upgrade eligibility on that line and hoping for something newer to come out soon.
Question? Do I still keep my original upgrade eligibility date or is it gonna start over now?
