you know who you are...here's the question: So when you reflash how do you restore/reinstall everything?

depending on the rom some programs are icluded some not. but my big concern is my specific programs i use everyday like handbase,splashid and a few other activesync conduit dependent programs. if i do a hard reset and install just these programs and save that as a backup then it'll restore those programs and maintain my conduits so they don't have to be reinstalled on the pc. but I assume it will also overwrite regsitry with settings specific to the ROM i did the backup on.

so what is the best way to address this?
i'm using sprite backup but looking for a better alternatve as it does not backup contacts. only an issue if i can't get back to my pc for a while but still concerning.
