as i said, 1.4 is not a whole kitchen. it is there basically for the purpose you are trying to do however you have a lot to learn yet. you can't just drop in a sys to a modified kitchen and expect it to work without some modding.

now to your question. yes you can break down a rom if it's not protected. i am sure the tools are there in the 1.4 kitchen to do this but i have no idea how. again, you can find this out by searching here and XDA. you wont get much support for it in this thread because that is not what this thread is for. and didn't mean YOU bother me. i meant what you were trying to DO bothered me because it's obvious are still a noob like me and trying to do things you don't totally understand. you need to learn to crawl before you can walk......
