I managed to get through on their site and download this. I installed it, and it wanted to reboot my phone, which I allowed. When it came up, I was able to send an MMS to an email address. However, my phone would no longer sync with my laptop and PDA Net wouldn't work. Rebooted phone, rebooted computer, to no avail. Uninstalled the app and rebooted phone, and now it's back. Your mileage may vary, but that's been my experience so far. Thanks anyway Sprint...
