1.11.00f is a radio rom, 1.09.25.23 is not a radio rom, its a version number for a stock or custom rom. they are seperate. so after flashing this rom, you still retain the existing radio rom that you flashed previously unless is an oem shipped rom which has the radio rom and full rom flashed simultaneously. i would read up on the sticky thread a little bit to be more accustomed with flashing.
