I could not get the files to be shown once I got them on the phone, so I just copied the entire folder(after deleting the jzip archive) to windows, I could tell it replaced the unseen files but it still didn't fix the problem. I can just reflash and keep the red but right now I am hoping to assist you in finding a fix for everyone else that wants to go blue. Here is a screen shot of the change, I got a little bit of the red clock back.
