Could be because the .rgu GUID is wrong (doesn't match the .dsm or options.xml GUID)

Atttached is 1.18 (mostly untested, use at your own risk). According to A_C, it has some fixed memory leaks and CallerID support. check the readme for more details and info on CallerID support - it has it's drawbacks.
