Not sure of the exacts on HRL, but it puts your phone back onto the roaming carriers lists. Usually when you get "We're sorry verizon cannot authenticate your device at this time, please dial *228 for assistance" message while roaming. |
I updated the PRL manually with the file posted, but still no go. New PRL shows 60650. I think we can officially rule out a PRL problem??
