I also know it wasn't just the phone's reading of battery level, since I would let it run until it died, and it would only take ~12 hours.
Of course I still have some issues, but they mostly don't bother me. The only ones that still annoys me is that my signal reception seems to be worse than it should be (ie other Sprint & Verizon phones can get signal in places that I can't, namely my work). What makes it even more frustrating is that my phone will even be reporting 2 or 3 bars while I'm looking at it, but next thing I know someone is calling my landline trying to reach me cuz my phone went to voicemail (perhaps this is a separate issue, I don't know?), and then I look at my phone again, it still has 2-3 bars, but then will drop down to 0, toggle between roaming, and stick at 0 again, then bounce back and forth between 0 and 2-3. I really hope they come out with a radio update that improves signal whlie reducing power consumption (but I know it isn't likely).
I also I hate that you can't charge while using the phone for any extended period of time. This hasn't really affected me too much, and if it does, then I'll settle for an external battery charger, and a second battery, and just never charge the battery while it is in my phone. Sure, I may have to stop a conversation (or whatever else I'm doing) for a minute while I swap out batteries, which indeed will be highly annoying, but I don't anticipate that being too frequent.

The ring-to-voicemail problem has been brought up many times, regarding the Pro.... I never found a fix, but I can say that about 25% of my calls went to voicemail when I had low signal... whereas my Touch receives 100% of calls (that I know of,) in the same exact area...
For me, I can't simply swap a battery in the middle of an important conference call... That's highly unprofessional--especially when it will take 5 minutes to get back in the call--since the phone has to be reset.
