I was wondering the same thing so I looked at the file contents in both the leaked rom and the "official" rom and there really doesn't seem to be any difference except for the last file, the date is different. The naming of the file is seemingly different, "RUU_Vogue.....Radio_3.37.78" versus "3.37.77" on the leaked. Seeing as though the file sizes are all the same it doesn't seem like they put anything else into it but I could be wrong. See attatched picture.

The only thing that stands out now is that officially those who want to pay and use VZ Navigator without hacking can now do it as the phone will be officially provisioned for it on the Verizon end.
