I'm hypothesizing that the ringer issue has something to do with the new phone canvas with the slide to answer.
I went back to 4.1 and installed
Juggalo's White Slide To Answer cab, and the no ringer problem reared its ugly head again. I've removed it and we'll see if that was the problem tomorrow.
