Try ArcSoft 5.0.70.24. The problem may be your lack of memory. The 700W was notorious for that, which is why Palm released the WX, doubling the memory. I have a 700WX running nightraven's WM6.1 ROM for Verizon and am using the referenced ArcSoft version w/ no issues. I've attached the cab.
