i dont know anything about webguide 4, but i know you can stream your videos and music from your desktop using kinoma play
http://kinoma.com/play/ Its a great program and does many other things besides streaming video. the only down side is that it cost $25-30, but in my opinion it is worth it. i know there is a free version you can try, but i dont think you can stram using that version
