Ok guys I just would like to share my story and happines :P... I fill out the form and everything as it was told on the second or third page from this thread and i got lucky when i finished filling out the form it said i was gonna get replace my mogul with the Touch Pro and got the confirmation number or the ER**** number.. I think there is no way for us to track that number or anything like that but i called sprint and they told me that the other was placed and they didnt have no more information. As many of you guys said that they never got the TP and couldnt get any more information about it well i got my TP the next day. The other thing i was afraid of is that they would make me change my plan because i still have an old plan but I did the ESN or Phone exange over online on Sprint.com/activate or just log into ur account and i succesfully could change the plan with out any issues.. I guess i got ma Christmas and BDday Present already
