Yea, I definately could have used some patience, but I knew the thing was pretty damn fried right away as it was on through the ordeal. I was a little nervous about popping it out in the storm, and I only realized it was done when I get in a dry spot. I really don't think letting it dry would have solved my problem; the damage had been done in my eyes. Oh well, I'll never know.
