Just FYI in case anyone wants to know, I got a reply from Advanced Exchange Escalations (AEescalations@sprint.com) with tracking number (though that is useless now since I already got my shippment!). I emailed them on Jan 19 12:35pm, got reply on Jan 20 5:15am.
I also got email delivery status notification from ecare that delivery to the following recipient has been delayed:
ecare3@cc.springpcs.com. Jan 20 2:06pm.
I guess many people are bombing them with email inquiries? :P
