These threads were not meant to usher in a return free for all by all Mogul owners. If too many abuse the system it will make it VERY hard to get replacement phones when major hardware problems do naturally occur. I think we all need to remember that. The purpose of most of these threads was simply to show that in the event that you do lose/destroy your phone or a legit hardware defect occurs, Asurion and Sprint will not screw you over and since the Mogul is EOL, the only option they have now is the TP.

actually my "end call" button is dead so thats why it is being replaced. I know thats a hardware problem but is there any chance it's a software problem?
