Re: Upgrade To Touch Pro Free!!
I've been emailing ecare back and forth for the past 3 hours. They don't seem to know what I'm talking about and give me an order # regarding my secondary line (which just so happens to be a Touch Pro). I placed the order yesterday 1/19/2009. They referred me to my secondary line order for the touch pro on 11/17/2008... I don't know why or how that even happened... do they not check or are too lazy to look for information? I even stated the damn date in every email. Maybe it's my fault for just emailing ecare (without the numbers) which is just Sprint Customer Service... I've now included ecare1 and ecare2 which are Sprint Customer Solutions... And I don't know why, but it seems that the idiots that don't seem to know anything in Sprint... always turn out to be guys? Everyone got instant responses with actual answers when answered my females. Here's to hoping that whoever answers my 3rd-4th email is of the female gender and knows what the hell is going on since these other idiots don't.
