cool, i confirmed this again today. Kind of strange that it switches over after unplugging and shows connected but doesnt sync "as items arrive". I assume it would work if activesync was setup for a time interval like every 5, 10, 30 minutes. One other thing, just turning off/on the microsoft active sync on your comm mgr will do the same thing as a soft reset and it will begin working again. Not a huge deal as long as we are aware.
