Here are a couple screenshots. 1st tab it a RLToday theme and a few shortcuts. 2nd and 3rd tabs are more program shortcuts, 4th tab is weatherpanel, 5th tab is a contact dialer.
all tabs have been configured to launch IE on a down swipe, and messaging on swipe up.
(i said ultimatelaunch was free, technically it isn't, but has an unlimited trial)
