I called asurion at 800-584-3666, went through the automated menus until i got to a service rep. I explained my issues to her and that sprint couldn't fix my broken phone. She offered me the TP and i accepted. I gave her my new address and she said all was well and that i would receive it in 1-2 days. That's basically it. The whole process took less than 10 minutes.
