You still need to try to e-mail e-care, don't just rely on what someone told you they did. You have to mention "Advance Replacement Exchange". I received a reply back within an hour after I sent this:
"I would like to check the status of an Advanced Phone Exchange
order, confirmation #ERxxxxx for an Touch Pro. Thanks!"
and received this reply back:
Thank you for contacting Sprint. I will be happy to assist you regarding
your Advanced Exchange order.
After reviewing the status of your replacement device, I have found that
your device is scheduled to be delivered on 1/20/09. On 1/18/09, it was
scanned for departure from the warehouse.
You can view the status of your order by visiting
www.ups.com. The UPS
tracking number for your order is --------.
If you have any additional questions or if I can be of any further
