wehn i go to

We are unable to find the order information entered. Please re-enter your correct Wireless Phone Number and Phone Replacement Order Number OR email address/shipping zip code. Please Note: This site is updated daily with Order Summary information. Please allow 24 hours from the time of order submission for your Order Summary to be displayed.
Does this mean they still have not received the order? Do I need to call tech support or wait until tomarrow and see what happens?
