Yay!!! I received my TP in the mail today. I got online and filed a claim Saturday afternoon and received it via UPS today (Monday). I did receive the confirmation email from Sprint but I never received the email with the tracking info. I did forward that email to
ecare3@cc.springpcs.com (Thanks Toviaheli!!) but did not hear anything back from them concerning my order.
My TP is brand new in box with all the goodies. lol So far I really like it.
