There is a new version of the Stopwatch program that was released recently. Pretty nice! I can't get you a direct link, but the download button is on the top right of the following page!

And your S2U2 OEM seems a little dated. There is version 1.42 out now, which seems to be pretty stable. I mean, its been at least a few days since the last update!
