I never received the tracking number after filing the order through Self Service on Friday, so I was calling Asurion, Sprint, even did another session of online chat with customer service during lunch time. I also emailed eCare and Advanced Exchange Escalations. None worked, or so it seemed.
Then, I called Sprint customer service again just now (4:30pm), and the lady told me the package is already delivered O_O!! The package departed KS on 17th, and arrived CA today at 11am. I didn't have to go through all the trouble above if I didn't have to work today and stayed home! D:
Anyway, I asked my roommate to see if I got it, and he told me I got it! Woot!
He said it looks new; at least it's in the box and all that stuff. Picture attached. I can't wait to go home now!
