Overall, I thought it was a great experience....no line, pro-active service, a new replacement phone for $0. But now I just came across this thread and I'm bummed. Oh, well. Maybe this new Mogul will have some intermittent service/power issue and I'll try another service location.

Man, i'd (i'm one of the few i think) take a new mogul any day outta the week. Minus the dead talk button, and the white spots, it's been my best phone ever. Granted, i've never owned the TP, but i've tweaked and tweaked this mogul to where i have it just perfect. But sadly, it's now dying. So, i'd like a comparable replacement.
