I have many 3rd party programs installed, so maybe one of those are causing the problem. I just do not understand why no one else is having this happen.
It I really like this feature, especially with the black dialer, but I just wish I wouldn't have this problem.

I wonder if its the regular issue with the data disconnect to answer. if you're in data connection (even idle) the phone doesn't answer even with hardbuttons... the fix is registry setting.. see "delay on answer fix" post in Diamond forums. look for Shaggy's cab towards the end.
If this isn't an issue then.... at least its eliminated as possible cause.
