I'm confused. Couple weeks back, my talk button stopped working. I took it to a sprint store, and they couldn't fix it. They offered to order me a refurb mogul, but couldn't tell me when it would be in. I said no thanks and left. After reading through this entire thread, i went to the phoneclaim site (i have the $7 TEP) and filled out the online forms. It comes back saying i should take it to my local sprint store to be fixed. Whaaaaa??? I really don't want a nasty refub mogul, and i'd be happy with a treo 800w. I need a keyboard and most importantly a storage slot. What should i do? Call asurion? Call sprint for the 10th time? I'd try the sprint online thing, but i don't have a pin number. A Touch Pro would be ideal, but a diamond or mogul refurb just isn't gonna work for me. So, bottom line, can someone please tell me who to call or where to go for the best no-nonsense help?
